Modern front entry remodel with pergola and paving

This compact front yard came with two challenges from the start: multiple height changes across a small footprint, and an estate covenant that restricted what could be built.

Every decision had to be precise. We delivered a clean front entry with new paving and an open brick-paved pergola, supported by a small rockery and planting that works within the covenant requirements while still giving the entry warmth and presence. Tight constraints, considered outcome.
